1. Non-Refundable Fee for Loan Limit Checking

• Finity Loans charges a non-refundable fee for users to check their loan limit status.
• The fee is charged regardless of whether the user is eligible for a loan or not.
• Users acknowledge and accept this fee upon initiating the loan limit checking process.

2. Loan Limit Checking

• Users understand that checking their loan limit status may take up to 2 hours.
• Finity Loans endeavors to provide accurate and timely information but does not guarantee instant results.
• Users agree to exercise patience during the loan limit checking process.

3. Loan Disbursement

• Upon approval of a loan application, the loan amount will be disbursed to the user's chosen method of payment.
• Users have the option to receive loan disbursements either to their Mpesa account or bank account, depending on their preference.
• Finity Loans will debit the loan amount to the user's selected account as specified during the application process.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Users must meet Finity Loans' eligibility criteria to qualify for a loan.
• Finity Loans reserves the right to reject loan applications that do not meet the eligibility requirements or fail to provide accurate information.

5. Privacy and Security

• Finity Loans prioritizes the privacy and security of user information.
• We employ industry-standard measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
• By using our services, users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Finity Loans reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
• Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
